         <p>Proclamation, in Spanish, to be read in all churches, addressed to the citizens of Lima regarding the theft of a mule (described in great detail) belonging to Don Miguel de la Ruis del Vega stolen from outside the house of Bartholome de Escoval on March 5th.  Don Miguel requests the aid of the citizens in returning the mule.  Archbishop Villagomez asserts that such aid is to be given on pain of excommunication.</p>
